If economical transport with longer delivery times does not suit you, we have more expensive but faster express transport available.


COMPLETING THE DETAILS AND SELECTING A PICK-UP TIME
We will need full, accurate addresses and contact details for both collection and delivery. You will need to provide the contents of the parcel and, if insurance is required , the value. Once your order is confirmed we will send you an invoice for payment.
SHIPMENT PREPARATION
Once the order is confirmed, a shipping label will be generated that fully replaces the handwritten addresses of the sender and recipient. The label will reach you in two ways. We will send it to you ready to print and stick on the shipment in an email, or a courier will come with a pre-printed label and stick it on the shipment before it is accepted for shipping. If the consignment is travelling outside/into the EU and does not contain documents with no customs value, you must send us an invoice for the goods for customs purposes and also give it to the courier in hard copy in three versions to be accepted for carriage.


HANDING OVER THE PARCEL TO THE COURIER
The courier will arrive within a time frame corresponding to the service ordered. In the case of economy service, the pick-up time cannot be fixed, in standard and express service it is possible to set a minimum time window of two hours. Upon handover, the courier will confirm receipt of the shipment by electronic scan and take the shipment away.
ONLINE SHIPMENT TRACKING
Most shipments can be tracked online via a tracking number, which will be sent to your email along with a shipping confirmation. You will receive a confirmation in the same way once the shipment has been delivered. If there is any problem or delay with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to make everything right.
